Review of needs and scope
We establish the services required, document and employee volumes, deadlines and responsibility for each reporting period.
Handover of records
We identify the information required and agree on the method and timetable for transferring it.
Start of service
Once the required information has been received and reviewed, we begin ongoing work on the agreed date.
Detailed scope
- agreeing the transition date and allocation of responsibility between accounting periods;
- identifying the required ledgers, balances, registers and records;
- reviewing the completeness of information received within the agreed scope;
- agreeing how documents and day‑to‑day communications will be handled;
- taking over VAT, CIT, PIT and other statutory work covered by the agreement;
- the option to take over payroll, ZUS, PPK and HR records;
- defining reporting arrangements and additional services;
- separately agreeing any reconstruction of historical records or corrections relating to earlier periods.
